Put simply, coaching is a process that aims to improve performance by focusing on today and your future, rather than yesterday and the distant past.

What can it do for you?

Coaching is a tool which helps to address an unresolved issue or question.  Coaching is NOT about telling you what to do –  it’s about helping you to realize the innate power and confidence you’ve had all along. Additionally, coaching is never to be confused with therapy. If I sense that there are problems that are preventing you from moving forward, I will tell you so that you can continue to progress in the best way possible.

We work together to create focus, motivation, movement, and accountability.

Throughout our working relationship, I will engage in direct and personal conversations. You can trust me to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making thoughtful, progressive requests. In this role, I serve as your Best-Worst Friend; supportive, present, and yet ready to call out what needs to be addressed!

We start our first session with a deep dive into your values, goals, and satisfaction levels in the different areas of your life. During our two 45-minutes sessions each month, you set the agenda, you decide what the most important topic is to discuss, and on what the desired outcome of our time will be. Your chosen outcome might be to simply explore, be mindful, discover, or gain awareness around a specific topic. Or maybe it is to take charge, make a distinction, apply choice, clarify direction, change a habit, or develop an action plan.

Coaching can be in-person, over the phone phone, or via Skype – national and international clients welcome! I encourage you to make a serious six commitment to coaching to provide yourself with adequate time to progress.
